Our website uses secure encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transmission. Payment information is processed directly through Paystack and Flutterwave — we never store your card details.
We currently ship across Nigeria. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location: Lagos (1-3 business days), other major cities (3-5 business days), and remote areas (5-10 business days).
Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery distance. Orders above the free shipping threshold qualify for free delivery.
You will receive tracking information via email and in-app notifications once your order has been shipped.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
Items marked as final sale, underwear, and personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or Reeves wallet.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). For wallet refunds, the balance will be available immediately.
